Brenda's Attic Remodel

Brenda and her family are looking to finish their attic and gain some extra room and add to their home value. I've designed a space that includes a bedroom, bathroom, office, and living space.

Sketchup was used to create the 3-D model and drawings, Podium was used to render.

New Listing at BeesKneesPaperStudio on Etsy. Go Check it out!

I think this might be my favorite so far! I'm loving the navy and orange, not to mention the water color flowers and stripes. All my favorites wrapped into one chic package. The RSVP card is cute too (in my own biased opinion).

Scott and Natalie ~ Destination Wedding

Sorry guys, it's been a while! I've been busy helping friends with weddings, and just general summer festivities. Anway... my friend Natalie recently got engaged and asked for some help with her invitations. She found a few styles she liked, and so I took inspiration from her selections, and went with it.

The wedding will be a destination wedding in Hawaii, and the couple are not expecting very many guests. So the invitation is for a reception once they're back in town.

Blue Ocean Invitation Suite

Slowly but surely I'm adding more designs to my shop. This one is a bit different from designs I've created so far. It's refreshing to create something that doesn't fall into the 'rustic' category. This is also the first coordinating invitation suite that I've put together. Make sure to check it out over at my shop!

Etsy Shop // Logo Design

It took me some time, but I finally put together a logo for my Etsy shop. I wanted to incorporate the idea of the name- hence the sort of honeycomb background. I also didn't want to go over board with a bumblebee theme. I thought the rose gold color added warmth, and a more feminine look than true gold or a 'honey color.' Let me know what you think. Next up, putting together some more designs for the shop.

Big News

Today I finally decided to open my Etsy shop. I've been thinking about it for quite sometime now, and today was the day I went for it. I only have a few listings so far, but it shouldn't take me too long to fill up my storefront. Below are a few of my listings (pretty much all of them at the moment). But if you'd like to take a look at my shop, follow the link here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/BeesKneesPaperStudio?ref=hdr_shop_menu.
I've still got quite a bit of work to do... like put together a logo for example. So check back soon!

So many invites, so little time

It's getting so close to my best friend's big day. That means that next up for invitations is her bachelorette party invite. Using the same floral themes from her bridal shower, I made this invite a little more loose and relaxed. It's only fitting!

Bridal Shower Games

The bridal shower was this weekend, so I wanted to show you some of the printables we used for a few of the games. The bride loves Disney, so when I saw this game on Pinterest, I knew I had to recreate it! "He Said, She Said" was another fun idea I saw, and thought it would be nice way to incorporate the groom as well. Let me know what you think!

Intrigue

Wow! Just took another look at this proposal I made a few years ago. What a fun project :)

This is a design and marketing proposal for Intrigue- a high end fashion accessory flagship store. After researching what it means to be a flagship store, and how to convey high end, this is what I came up with to sell my concept of mystery, curiosity, and intrigue.
